Extrata Refund Policy

At Extrata, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

    2. Credits must be unused if seeking a prorata refund of purchased credits.
    3. Proof of purchase is required to process any refund request.

    1. Digital products or downloads once accessed.
  3. Refund Process:

    2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    3. Approved refunds will be processed within a timely manner.
